With the link you are able, from within Goldmine, by the click of a button, to look at an account detail, covering:-
  • Current Turnover for the account
  • Credit Limit
  • Current Order Balance
  • Current Balance
  • Last Receipt
  • Invoice history, with the ability to drill down to the actual invoice details
  • All outstanding Invoices and Credit Notes
  • Notes to the Account
  • Stock Enquiry
  • Aged Debt.
  • Multiple companies
 
Computime have developed a link from the best selling sales & marketing program, Goldmine, to link to the best selling modular accounting system Pegasus Opera/Capital Gold and Integrated accounts systems Sage Line 50 & line 100.

In addition to the above, you are also able to create an account in Pegasus or Sage, using data from Goldmine, without having Pegasus or Sage running. You can also add notes to Pegasus or Sage while still in Goldmine. You are also able to create an Invoice in GoldMine and post it to the accounts while still in the link

An additional feature is the ability to be able to take a snap shot of the accounts data and add it to the records in Goldmine. This enables you, when you use the sync option of GoldMine to be able to put the details on the remote portable, computer, ideal for sales staff on the road. This option can be added at any time to the standard version. For prices see below.

The product is being supplied over the Internet as an Email file with instructions for installation through Authorised Goldmine; Pegasus; and Sage Resellers. When you down load the program you will be asked to complete a form, which will enable us to issue an authorisation string which will allow you to use the program free of charge for 30 days. If you are happy with the product you will need to contact us with your Access/Visa card details, or send a cheque. Once cleared we will then issue you with the full authorisation string. A VAT invoice will be issued in due course

Standard installation is £800 including initial training plus 40p per mile.
